The second table (labeled 'Inventory') holds all your inventory data. I chose this display to clearly show how many items are needed from other Servants without having to look through the whole list I'm not only very forgetful but also very lazy. Archturia needs 30 Great Knight Medals but is further down the list, so the 36 I still need for MHXA are considered too and Archturia has a 66 as "Still needed" in the list. ( Example: my MHXA needs 40 Great Knight Medals but I only have 4 (rip), so the list shows I need 36 more. That means that items that are already assigned to Servants above are subtracted from the amount available further down. The amount of items that you still needed is calculated from top to bottom. The sheet calculates how many more items you need depending on how many you have in your inventory. You can enter the name, the name of the material, which has to match the name of the material in the second (inventory) table, and the amount you need. The first table shows the list of Servants that you have to populate yourself. I'm a very forgetful person, so I need to write such things down. I made it so I know how many of which items I still need for certain Servants.
The first one is the general inventory management sheet. In order to get the sheets, simply copy it to your own account if you have a Google account (File -> Make copy.) or download it as Excel table (File -> Download as. I found them very helpful for my inventory management in FGO and thought they'd maybe help you too. Since it's maintenance I took some time to convert my excel FGO helpers to sharable Google Sheets documents. If you don't want to do that, here's how you can add your own drop down menu to that area. To get the drop down menu for your own sheet, you need to make a new copy of the new version and transfer the data by hand. Thanks to /u/SakuDial for the suggestion. So now you don't have to type the whole material name from memory but can choose from the list that is populated with the items of the green inventory list of the 'Inventory' sub sheet. : I've added a drop down menu to the "Material" column of the FGO Inventory Sheet.
